The AGM will be held on Saturday, 21st January in the Tullamore Court hotel, starting at 10.30 and scheduled to conclude by 1.00. An agenda will be issued closer to the date.
Traditionally, the AGM weekend is our main social event of the year and many members bring their families and children to take a break at a less busy time of the year and enjoy good company and the hotel facilities.
We have negotiated a special rate with the Tullamore Court as follows:
Overnight Accommodation
2 nights: €136.50 per person sharing to include 2 nights B&B and 1 evening meal in the Windmill restaurant; Single room €190.50 to include 2 nights B&B and 1 evening meal.
I night: Friday: €59.50 per person sharing B&B; €84 for single room B&B. Saturday: €62.00 per person sharing B&B; €89 for single room B&B. Dinner: €30 in the Windmill Restaurant.
Family rooms are available with a double and 2 single beds and have an upgrade cost of €20.00 per night on the above rates.
Children under 4 enjoy complimentary accommodation and breakfast. Children under 12 sharing their parents’ bedroom enjoy complimentary breakfast and are charged €6 for breakfast. Children over 12 years when sharing with parents are charged €25.00 per night B&B.
