The AGM will be held on Saturday, 24th January in the Clarion hotel, Cork starting at 10.00 and scheduled to conclude at 1.30. An agenda will be issued closer to the date.
Traditionally, the AGM weekend is our main social event of the year and many members bring their partners and children to take a break at a less busy time of the year and enjoy good company and the hotel facilities.
We have negotiated a special rate for the weekend with the Clarion as follows:
Overnight Accommodation
1 night: €69.50 per person sharing to include overnight accommodation and 1 evening meal. Single room @ €109. Without dinner €49.50 pps, €89 single.
2 nights: €119 per person sharing including 1 evening meal. Single room €198.
No charge for children under 12 sharing their parents’ bedroom and €5 for breakfast & €10 for dinner. Chilren over 12 are charged at adult rates.
