ALCI members recently had a tour of Ireland’s foremost tree nursery,
The nursery tour was led by John Murphy and Trevor Landers of Annaveigh Plants, New Inn, Co Tipperary. The tour covered a number of different growing locations in the 82 acre nursery which produces plants for both the domestic and export markets. Annaveigh grows a wide and varied assortment of 3 and 4 times transplanted trees, multistems, shaped trees and screens and is a major supplier to the Irish landscaping industry.
