Background
SAP Landscapes originally landscaped the 500 acres park over twenty years ago, and since then, we have been maintaining it professionally. The work has been competitively tendered on several occasions and our success in retaining the contract is testament to the high quality of services provided. Grangecastle Business Park is home to many high profile Multi-national business and is well used by many of the employees working with the Park as well as members of the public.

- Weekly maintenance visits
- Mowing of amenity lawns
- Edging along curbs and paths
- Management and cutting of meadows and river banks
- Weed control to hard and soft services
- Tree shaping, pruning and canopy raising
- Shrub and hedge pruning as seasonally appropriate

Challenges
This is a large business park, with construction of new properties happening on a continuous basis. The volume of construction traffic and activity has required a flexible approach to the work, as well as strict health and safety protocols.
