Commercial Landscape Maintenance
Background
SAP Landscapes has been looking after the maintenance of The Bracken Park estate since we completed the landscape construction nearly 15 years ago. Over the years it has developed into a mature landscape, which compliments the high-quality residential development.
Selection & Consistency
Due to SAP Landscapes provision of high-standard grounds maintenance work, fast delivery and easy communication, along with our experience of looking after other residential sites in the area, Bracken Park were impressed with our standards.
Scope of Works
- Weekly maintenance is summer and fortnightly in winter
- Lawn care including mowing and trimming along paths and curbs
- Weed control to hard and soft surfaces. Weed control is through a combination of manual and mechanical methods, and Pelargonic Acid if necessary (No Glyphosate).
- Tree Surgery (on request)
- Seasonal pruning of shrubs and hedges as appropriate to species
- Clearing litter, leaf and debris
- Adjustment of tree ties
- Raising of tree canopies to maintain sightlines
- Regular meetings and interaction with the management company and residents
