Number One Ballsbridge

A €1.2M project, Number One Ballsbridge sets new standards of design, construction and prestige and heralds the beginning of Dublin’s finest address. The development consists of office space, retails units, 5-star leisure facility and 88 luxury apartments. It is the flagship property in The Comer Group property portfolio.

Our works were carried out over 6 different levels from ground floor to the 10^th floor. Works commenced in earnest in mid-October 2017 and were substantially completed in April 2018. The success of the contract was predicated largely on a very hard working and extremely dedicated workforce, together with a highly efficient and focused management team. We are justifiably proud of the completed scheme and look forward to its development over the two-year maintenance period.
